I teach children from 8 years old through to mature adults, beginners through to more experienced players. Lessons are one-on-one and tailored to meet the needs and tastes of individual students. When you commence lessons we will discuss your requirements and tastes to ensure the selection of the most suitable material. Everyone is different and I treat each person as an individual. As well as song work I may take students through one of several excellent general method books. For younger children I use the Hal Leonard Ukulele Method (Books 1 and 2).

Tuition fees are payable in advance, in full term or half term instalments for school children, or five week instalments for adults. If a lesson is unavoidably missed (e.g. through sickness or accident), it can be rescheduled within that period at a mutually agreed time. Payment for a missed lesson is not carried forward. You are reserving a space each week and I am not able to refill that space at short notice. Please arrange a lesson time that you can commit to attending each week. Any queries about these terms can be discussed when enquiring about reserving your lesson time.
